HEALTH INSURANCE

We will be happy to look up and verify your insurance coverage for chiropractic benefits.

 

• Your insurance is billed if you have chiropractic coverage. 

• Your cost depends on the benefits of your insurance plan.

• Our standard, non-discounted service fees are applied.

• You are responsible for deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance, and other non-covered services. 

• The following insurances are accepted, but not limited to:

• Please keep in mind that a provider may be in-network with a certain insurance company but may not be in-network in all of the plans they offer. 

• Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your chiropractic coverage or want to verify your insurance coverage. 

• For patients without insurance coverage or benefits, we offer discounted service fees and other payment options. (See below, "Pay As You Go"). ​​​
